Job’s mission

As an Account Manager at ASM, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You’ll play a vital role in managing key accounts, fostering strong relationships, and developing strategic business opportunities that help keep ASM at the forefront of the semiconductor industry. Your technical expertise and customer-centric mindset will help secure a competitive edge and create long-lasting partnerships.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, collaborating with them to develop forecasts and maximize market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities, proactively responding to changes to ensure ASM’s product offerings remain competitive.
  • Stay up-to-date on product launches and provide feedback to corporate teams to support product development aligned with customer needs.
  • Partner with customer service and internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key opinion leaders to increase customer loyalty and expand market presence.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, account management, product management, or technical management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across various organizational levels.
  • Proven leadership, prioritization, and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about driving business growth.

  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor market landscape.
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships in technical industries.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions with resilience and creativity.
  • Familiarity with East Coast market trends and networks.

This is a remote-based position in the US that will require 50-75% travel, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast.
