Oversee the handling of all employee relations matters for the organization including employee investigations and provide recommendations to managers and the Chief People Officer. Work with managers to develop corrective action plans and document performance as needed.
Lead all talent management and succession planning initiatives and provide strategic guidance to managers and department leaders regarding all human capital needs. Ensure that the organization has created proper career paths and has a strong talent pipeline across all departments. Lead performance management discussions and annual review process.
Lead a best-in-class talent acquisition function for the organization and create a compelling employee value proposition. Ensure that relevant KPIs are being met.
Provide strategic advice around compensation to all people leaders.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Make process improvement recommendations and system improvement recommendations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on employment laws and people needs for other departments.
Serve as a strategic advisor and counselor for all business partners.
Travel to centers as needed to meet with team members and business partners.
Special projects as assigned.
Remote with some travel to Corporate (Greenville, SC) and centers.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree preferred.
7-10 years of progressive HR experience is required.
Experience serving employees who are geographically dispersed is preferred.
Strong employee relations, employee investigation and talent management experience.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
