What You’ll Do

The Operations Specialist will be working directly with the Senior Manager of Billing operations to support our businesses. You will call on accounts to help with payments, update credit cards, process credits and debits to accounts, manage accounts receivable for accounts no longer active. You will use your customer service skills to escalate calls to sales and support departments.

  • Supports the billing operations process including invoicing clients, tracking and collecting payments, and ensuring that all invoices are error-free and paid in full
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls and email requests to ensure prompt and complete resolution to delight our internal and external customers
  • Update and maintain records and accounts and coordinate with finance team to evaluate accounts
  • Compile information from multiple systems and maintain knowledge of relevant software programs
  • May assist in month-end closings, reports, and annual financial audits
  • Document all activity within the appropriate database and tracking systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Office, Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Commercial or Recreational Marketplace Experience-remove
  • Salesforce CRM and Dynamics 365 knowledge
  • Media Planning and invoicing- add
  • Experience in Digital Advertising-remove
