Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Conga Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Conga’s suite of products, including Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, Conga Sign, and Conga Grid. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and business process automation to streamline document generation, contract lifecycle management, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Conga solutions to optimize business workflows.
Integrate Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, and Conga Sign with Salesforce and other third-party applications.
Design, configure, and implement automated document generation and contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflows.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages to support Conga functionality.
Utilize Conga APIs and RESTful web services for seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Conga solutions, Salesforce configurations, and third-party integrations.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
Provide training and technical documentation for end-users and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience working as a Conga Developer or Salesforce Developer with Conga integration.
Strong expertise in Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, Conga Grid, and Conga Sign.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL).
Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
Experience working with Conga APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and JSON/XML.
Familiarity with Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins) is a plus.
Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
