emagine is looking for a Senior Architect with experience from the energy sector, for one of our partners.
Our partner, together with some of their close colaboration partners need to further develop the capacity calculation and allocation of capacity in the intraday time frame. The process is specific to the energy market and based on the number of stakeholder and related internal/external development projects,
Our partner seeks a Senior Architect, with knowledge of and ability to apply best practices for IT Architecture and design the solution together with relevant stakeholders
The Architect needs to take care of the following tasks:
Responsible regional Architect for the Nordic flow-based Intraday process
Define governance and architectural approach in close collaboration with project management
Responsible for defining standard for documentation
Responsible for the documentation of AS IS architecture
Responsible for design of TO BE architecture taking into account stakeholder requirements and existing procedures
Support identifying and closing gaps in the requirements engineering .
Supporting project management related to architectural topics, such as, but not limited to, risk management
The consultant is expected to have experience with the following:
1 A proven ability to:
Create AS-IS documentation of business processes to ensure that all necessary information for changes is documented
Create TO-BE design based on requirement taking into account iterative delivery of improvements.
Align with stakeholders to create documentation (AS-IS, TO-BE, Change Requests)
document architectural design and decision in transparent manner
2 Experience with similar assignments related to Capacity Calculation and Market Coupling in a regulated sector or critical infrastructure
Projects with NRA´s, RCC´s and TSO´s
3 Proven experience in
Design and documentation of software development projects
Nordic architectural setup related to Capacity Calculation and Market Coupling

End:
31st of March 2027
Work load:
The allocation of the consultant’s to this Contract is expected as follows (based on a full time FTE):
0,8 FTE from March to December 2025
0,2 FTE from Jan 2026 to March 2027
However, the workload may fluctuate during the term of the Contract. The Customer uses 160 hours per month as full time.
In total 1600 hours.
Location:
It is expected that the consultant will work remote, and if needed participate in Denmark, for workshops etc., planned together with the Regional PM.
Travel withing the Nordic countries shall be expected as part of the tasks, occasionally the trips to other EU countries may also be necessary
