Project duration: long-term

Your tasks will be to design, implement, document, and handover a new "light" AWS landing zone for the purpose of availing KMS services so that Survail-X can connect to KMS vaults to carry out encryption of the data, so that Survail-X can to failover smoothly to its site with no or minimal down time, so the bank can rotate the keys with no or minimal down time, and so that can revoke the keys at will. Depending on matters like functional fit, cloud security guidelines, architecture approvals, organization responsibilities, resource availability, level of automation in operational procedures, etc. decision will need to be made with respect to for instance if AWS cloud native keys are to be used or Fortanix on-prem generated keys based on such integration with AWS, and how the effect of multi-region keys should be achieved. All to be implemented, documented, handed over to maintenance and operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in AWS cloud solution architecture and implementation,
Excellent knowledge with the space of encryption key management,
Proven experience as an IT architect in the financial services industry,
Excellent project management and coordination skills,
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels,
Some technical skills needed: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Bitbucket,
Bonus is knowledge on Network, Transitgateways. Peering, regional routing / s2s vpn and or DX,
Familarity with Hashicorp Vault, Jenkins, DevOps Processes, linting, versioning, spell check of the code.
