The Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to take on the role of Growth & Partnerships Manager. This position will focus on growing partnerships, while also driving lead generation efforts to bring in new opportunities with CPG brands.
Responsibilities
Identify and build strategic partnerships with technology partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders that align with Barrel’s goals and the needs of CPG clients.
Proactively generate leads and create opportunities with CPG brands that align with Barrel’s vision and services.
Consult on service design, proposals, and presentations to ensure alignment with CPG client’s unique challenges and requirements.
Lead co-marketing initiatives with partners to enhance Barrel’s visibility and credibility in the CPG space.
Support the development of thought leadership content and events to elevate Barrel’s presence in the CPG space.
Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships, stay ahead of industry trends, and identify new partnership and business development opportunities.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and mutual success.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing, business development, sales, or partnership management within CPG.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnership opportunities with business objectives.
Familiarity with the challenges faced by CPG brands in the e-commerce space.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Strong track record of generating leads and closing deals.
