Job Description
Our vision is to make CNS Autonomous Networks a market leader, empowering our customers to monetize their network investments and deliver top customer experience by reaching fully autonomous network operations with service management solutions which operate across multivendor Access, Core, Transport, and Edge technology domains.
In this role, you will define and shape the business success of the Network Assurance and Orchestration portfolio, maximizing CSP opportunities in autonomous networks and operations. This role requires a visionary leader who deeply understands customer business requirements, stays ahead of market trends, and partners closely with Engineering to continuously create new value for our customers and their businesses. Strong portfolio management skills are also essential to build a competitive portfolio, optimize investments, and manage products throughout their different lifecycles.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Business owner for the Digital Operations Portfolio, overseeing its business performance, technology evolution, and strategic direction.
- Formulate and drive the Network Assurance and Orchestration products strategy within the broader Core & Autonomous Networks portfolio.
- Drive collaboration with key internal functions in the organization, namely Engineering, Services and Architecture
- Drive operability, serviceability and automation initiatives into the product units in alignment with Services & Care.
- Collaborate with other Nokia business groups towards aligned portfolios and GTM opportunities.
- Interface with Sales/Pre-Sales, leading new requirements qualification, roadmap development and business prioritization.
- Drive thought leadership with customers, media, analysts and partners.
- Represent the product in leading customer engagements, driving strategic relationships.
- Collaborate with the Alliances team to develop active engagements with SIs, technology partners, and hyperscalers.
- Spokesperson for the portfolio at industry events, analyst briefings, and internal forums.
Key Skills And Experience
- 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in business product management.
- Deep expertise in Telecommunications Network Assurance and Operations.
- Proven leadership in product management, focusing on product definition, evolution, and growth.
- Energetic leader, with experience in people leadership; adaptable, authentic, and inclusive.
- Track record of driving product and portfolio success in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and go-to-market strategies, with experience in cloud-native/SaaS products.
- Experience driving strategic and transformative product initiatives, communicating vision to stakeholders and team members, and aligning execution with vision.
- Ability to think broadly and ambitiously to drive customer value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Proven success in working closely with communication service providers.
- University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent.
Nice to have:
- Experience with M&A is a plus.
- General knowledge of AI and related technologies is a plus.
- Experience with disruptive business models is a plus.
