Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Senior Engagement Manager at Argano takes on a leadership role in shaping the overall client services strategy and leading the most complex projects and high demand clients. They are responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-value projects. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of successful client engagement. They play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Keep tickets updated and adhering to SLAs
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and guide Engagement Managers and teams to ensure high-performance delivery.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align client services with overall business objectives.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives and company targets.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Track project costs, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and executive leadership.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any relevant field expected.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree expected.

Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in client services or project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Problem Solving Skills: Identify and address client issues promptly. Collaborate with the team to find effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration Skills: Work closely with cross-functional teams. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
