  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to EPM applications and performance.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams (IT, finance, business users) to ensure seamless integration between Oracle EPM and other business applications.
  • Stay current on new Oracle EPM releases, features, and industry trends to provide forward-thinking solutions to clients.
  • Support the testing and validation of system configurations and report generation.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and client updates to ensure transparency and alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, and FP&A workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle EPM products, including the configuration of business rules, data forms, and report creation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and EPM Cloud deployment best practices.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience in integrating Oracle EPM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP systems, databases, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of database technologies, including Essbase, SQL, and other relational database systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
