An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our EMEA Sales Center team, outsourced for a leading customer in the telecommunications services field. This strategic role involves managing a portfolio of key customers, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will either support assigned Global Account Directors or independently serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for valued customers. The primary objective will be to build and nurture strong customer relationships, lead various sales projects, and ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers across multiple accounts.
Drive additional revenue by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
Lead and manage various sales projects, calls, and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Act as a trusted advisor and SPOC for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
Participate in business trips as necessary to meet with customers and support sales activities.
Our Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Previous face-to-face (F2F) and B2B sales experience is essential.
Ability to prioritize workload and focus on revenue generation.
Attention to detail. Previous sales and customer-facing experience.
Willingness to work overtime, if needed, and travel.
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and sales tools. Ability to multitask effectively. Fluent in business English; proficiency in German, French, or other languages is a plus.
