YOUR ROLE

  • Ensuring compliance to engagement delivery mandatory requirements (Contracted scope, time, cost and quality).
  • Delivering with control; managing risk and delivering predictably.
  • Trusted partner; fostering strong relationships through agility.
  • Maintain and extend Capgemini’s influence and reach within the client, together with Business Development, to generate add-on sales.
  • Suitably adopt appropriate corporate tools, methods, templates, and practices.
  • Adherence to Corporate practices and principles (e.g. procurement rules, Security and Data Protection).
  • Provide accurate engagement information to the Delivery Organization, adhering to prescribed reporting regimes with accurate and timely delivery status and financial data relating to their engagement.
  • Include Gant and Risk/Issue register
  • Ensure Estimates To Complete (ETC), Estimate At Completion (EAC) and DVI are accurately forecast in line with defined finance principles.
  • Ensure invoices are timely, accurate and paid.
  • Communicate to the team, the client and to Capgemini status, issues and opportunities in a balanced way, brokering/negotiating where conflicts arise
  • Organize and steer the engagement team:
    • Agree on measurable assignment objectives for team members and carrying out periodic/end of assignment reviews.
    • Support & motivate the team members on a continuous basis.
    • Assist in the personal and career development of their assigned team members.
YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of project management/leadership experience
  • Clear English proficiency, e.g., TOEFL score of 550, with demonstrable abilities in technical, business, and client communications.
  • B.S. or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, or in a related field.
  • Proven ability as project manager with experience in predictive project management, best practices, process and tools.
  • Scope management/negotiation skills necessary to adapt to changing customer requirements to maximize the client’s return on investment.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multicultural teams.
