We are looking for an exceptional Senior UX Designer to join our Insights Product team. The Insights team at Numerator is building some of the most progressive and innovative products to help brands, retailers and agencies get the most complete view of consumers to create winning outcomes.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in developing our product experience and building data-driven solutions to optimize our business success. You will collaborate with clients, product managers and engineers to build high-quality products for strategic initiatives and opportunities. You will act as the central voice for user experience, drive design improvements, deliver high fidelity mockups and build sophisticated recommendations that will have a massive impact on the business.
What you’ll do:
Responsible for delivering best-in-class web-based tools and customer experiences (user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, etc.) in a fast-paced, collaborative, startup-like environment
Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces in a team environment
Lead user research initiatives that contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces
Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, click-throughs, information architecture diagrams, mental models, persona segmentations and user journey maps
Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences
Contribute and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns with an eye towards a corporate design system
Combine qualitative and quantitative information to develop hypotheses about customer motivations and use that to improve your designs
Present your work to others by participating in design reviews and feedback sessions
What You'll Bring to Numerator
A well-rounded designer with exceptional problem-solving skills, clear communication, good design instincts, and a great design foundation
You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Great eye for visual design and layout
Past experience in designing and launching enterprise SaaS products
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, hybrid designer, or similar role
An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions
A minimum of 5 years of experience creating iterative design, working closely with customers and peers and developers from inception through implementation
Fluency in best practices for enterprise software design, as well as working knowledge of usability principles and techniques
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent
Creative and innovative thinker who can develop new ideas and iterate on existing solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to thrive in a growth-oriented environment.
Organized with a knack for managing complex projects.
A passionate can-do attitude. You are not afraid to try, learn and improve.
