Summary:
The electrical engineer will be responsible for analysis, development and documentation of the current products and projects.
Responsibilities:
• Technical assistance in the design, application, installation and troubleshooting of equipment line Controllers.
• Will have broad scope of contact with associated personnel inside and outside the company at various levels including Engineering and sales support.
• Recommend materials list and designs based on special customer requirements.
• Maintain contact with Munters’ brands to stay updates on equipment changes and installation techniques.
• Provide after sales technical support and service as required. (Farm Visits to support electrical installations if necessary)
• Work with Engineering, Sales support and After Sales departments to resolve problems related to equipment function, application.
• Make analysis demand and market development from regional market, such
as feedback and customer request to develop new solutions and initialize regional product development
• Develop documentation, manuals and any additional material to support the product and provide training.
• Perform detailed review of project specifications, schedules & design drawings.
• Recommend improvements to product ensuring ease of installation and improved function.
• Develop testing and troubleshooting procedures for installation and operation.
• Stablish a standard for installations working together with After Sales Department.
• Support all offices in the region as well as training and development programs.
• Help Sales Team with special quotations (such as spare parts or special requirements).
• Other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Availability to travel 30% of the time.
• Engineering degree in electrical or Electronics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PC Literate (Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Wiring diagram reading and development
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work schedule.
• Present a positive and professional image to co-workers and customers.
• Autocad electrical experience
