Join Interwell Health’s Healthcare Operational Excellence team as a Director and play a pivotal role in driving high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our Healthcare Operations. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll tackle the most complex challenges affecting our operations, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement solutions, and deliver results. You’ll own key projects from problem discovery to execution—evaluating solutions, making data-driven recommendations, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. What you will do:

  • Influence strategy and prioritization of cross-functional teams to move Interwell towards our goals
  • Own the operational changes on major company initiatives
  • Partner with Healthcare Operations leaders to understand needs, develop solutions, roll out change, and monitor progress, with ability to represent and advocate for the team in cross-functional work
  • Conduct and/or steer qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform your recommendations and bring visibility to the results of your work
  • Develop and propose workflows, metrics, documentation, and high-level system functionality for the operational change you are leading
  • Connect cross-functional colleagues with appropriate SMEs within Healthcare Operations to facilitate solution development and release readiness
  • Facilitate and influence decision-making with senior leadership
  • Plan and conduct effective change management of your work across varying audiences
  • Proactively identify and solve for process improvement areas related to Healthcare Operations collaboration and partnership with other teams to enable better collaboration and results
  • Develop direct report(s) to consistently execute processes to a high standard and lead small to moderate scale projects or workstream

What you will need:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, with a Clinical Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations leadership, project delivery, or process building/improvement
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Experience designing and/or enhancing tech-enabled workflows in healthcare settings
  • Ability to learn and problem solve quickly, optimizing for effort/speed to impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, diligence, and process-orientation, with the ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive with an ownership mentality, and able to make progress in ambiguous situations
