About the project: 

As a Microsoft D365 Field Services Solution Architect, you will design and implement solutions that enhance field service operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, resource optimization, and exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help our clients efficiently meet customer demands while leveraging cutting-edge technologies. 

You will be able to: 

• Design and implement solutions for resource scheduling to meet customer requirements effectively. 

• Architect and lead the design solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft Field Services Solutions 

• Optimize resource utilization by aligning skills, locations, and availability. 

• Equip frontline workers with tools and information to deliver outstanding service. 

• Build and maintain service histories for customer assets. 

• Ensure system performance, stability, and availability. 

• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into system improvements. 

• Work with IT teams to develop and implement system upgrades. 

• Monitor system integrations and perform regular health checks. 

• Stay updated on D365 features, industry trends, and best practices. 

• Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans. 

• Lead architectural design sessions and develop proof-of-concept projects. 

• Configuration and Customization: 

• Configure default administration areas of the Field Service application. 

• Set up and optimize resources, scheduling, and service agreements. 

• Manage work orders, incident types, and bookings to ensure seamless operations. 

• Configure customer assets and integrate them into the service lifecycle. 

• Enhancements and Continuous Improvement: 

• Enhance Field Service applications based on evolving customer requirements. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 5+ Years of experience working with D365 Field Service. 

• 5+ Years of experience working in Solution Architecture. 

• 3+ Years of experience working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. 

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate certification. 

• Ability to lead architectural design sessions and develop proof-of-concept pilots. 

• Experience integrating D365 with other enterprise applications. 

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. 

• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
