The Role
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and driven Jr. Account Executive to help unlock growth within our Enterprise client base. At the core, this role is all about building demand, driving engagement, and finding innovative ways to expand Ceros’ footprint within our existing customers’ organizations.
You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to understand the landscape of key accounts and design tailored outreach strategies that generate meaningful conversations. This means thinking beyond just cold calls and emails. You will need to leverage content, personalize messaging, use industry insights, and craft multi-channel campaigns to ensure that every relevant stakeholder within an organization knows who we are and how we can help.
Success in this role is measured by net new conversations booked, but the approach is anything but transactional. We’re looking for someone who can learn fast, think critically, and execute creatively - mapping out accounts, crafting value-driven narratives, and delivering the right message to the right person at the right time.
