We are experiencing exciting growth and as such we are seeking a Senior Nuke Compositing Artist, preferably with a background in advertising or product visualization, who will be part of our Grip team!
As a Senior Nuke Compositing Artist, you will work in close collaboration with the rest of our Template & Video team, our VFX Supervisors, 3D artists and the Grip TD team to create beautiful images and videos.
You excel at creating stunning compositions and integrating them into 3D pipelines using node-graph setups like Nuke. With a strong grasp of Image Manipulation and (Deep Pixel) Compositing, you seamlessly blend CG content into real-world environments. Always eager to learn, you apply your skills to our proprietary compositing and image generation engine.
As INDG's software branch, Grip is an end-to-end content automation platform that generates infinite ad variations by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use automated content generation platform that transforms master ad creatives into endless variations—empowering brands to scale content production globally without compromising on quality or brand consistency.

What You’ll Do
Integrating 2D, 3D, and live-action elements.
Collaborating with the VFX Supervisors to evaluate the creative and technical approach to assigned shots.
Communicating with Project Managers and VFX Supervisors regarding schedules and deadlines.
Maintaining the overall look, color balance, and quality for assigned shots and sequences to ensure uniformity in all finished work.
Balancing the creative and technical aspects of each shot, with a good understanding of color space principles.
In close collaboration with our retouch experts and 3D artists, you will work on our internal compositing engine, leveraging its features to automate typical retouch and image manipulation tasks.
Guiding our team of retouchers in setting up typical node-based compositions to convert classical 2D/Photoshop-based retouching into a flexible, node-based approach.
Additionally, you will work closely with our development team to innovate future features and apply them to solve typical composition challenges.
