Ruby on Rails Engineer (Support)

The product is built based on the Rails way and monolithic architecture, using AWS, k8s, Terragrunt, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Datadog, and PostHog. It aims to reduce the carbon footprint, and provide financial sustainability and well-being for the consumers

We work 100% remotely or from the office (Łódź) 🙂

130 - 190  PLN + VAT (B2B) per hour

What you will be working on?

• ongoing support for the products running on AWS infrastructure (at least one week/month)
  
• technical debt resolution, focusing on improving the release process and resolving performance issues
• establishing an efficient triage process for handling technical issues and ensuring SLA compliance

Experience that will be crucial:

• at least 5 years of software engineering experience
• at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails experience
• experience with AWS
• self-driven and proactive approach
• day-to-day communication in English with a client
