We are expanding our global sales team and seeking an experienced, motivated Solutions Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing new leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound leads
Build and manage strategic customer relationships with CTOs, CEOs, CIOs, and technical stakeholders
Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions
Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including new business and existing customer opportunities
Stay updated on technology trends, particularly open-source solutions like Erlang/Elixir
Key Requirements:
Proven track record in selling software solutions, services, or products to C-level executives
Understanding of open-source technologies
Ability to balance technical knowledge with commercial acumen
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
