What are we looking for:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support IT/S2P projects for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data preparation, reporting, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Power BI and a solid understanding of data quality processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and propose data-driven solutions.
Support data collection, cleansing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, ensuring usability for key stakeholders.
Generate recurring reports and fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor data quality and participate in QA processes to maintain consistency in reporting metrics.
Collaborate with senior analysts and team leads to enhance data modeling and visualization techniques.

Experience and Background:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or Procurement-related projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
Experience in data preparation, cleansing, and validation.
Familiarity with IT/S2P processes and workflows.
Fluent in business English (spoken and written).
