Are you ready to power positive change?  

Your Mission: As our Business Development Analyst, based in Remote, USA and reporting to the Business Development Lead, your role will be pivotal in supporting the US Utility Scale Sales team in ensuring a seamless sales process. Your role is vital in managing key tools like Salesforce, creating insightful reports, responding to RFPs, maintaining records, and overseeing NDA compliance. You will help our team forge strong customer relationships and close high-value deals. Success in this role requires self-motivation, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to effectively manage both internal and external resources. 

 

 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change: 

  

  • Improve Sales Processes – You will enhance the way our team uses Salesforce by maintaining accurate data, streamlining workflows, and generating reports that provide actionable insights. 

  • Oversee Proposal Management – You will take ownership of responding to RFPs, ensuring submissions are timely, accurate, and aligned with customer expectations. 

  • Maintain Records – You will ensure NDAs are tracked, renewed, and managed efficiently, keeping processes smooth and compliant. You will keep detailed records of customer interactions and communications to ensure support for decision-making. 

  • Expand Sales Opportunities – You will maintain and update our database of potential opportunities, helping the team track, identify, and prioritize high-impact leads. 

 

Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference 

Essential for your Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree  

  • 2+ years' experience in sales or business development, particularly in high-value markets 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail 

 

It would be Nice if You Have: 

 

  • Experience or passion for the solar or renewable energy industry

The US base salary range for this position is $70,400-$99,000 + benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
