Job Summary:
This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who understands, can manage, and create full-funnel digital marketing (for both organic and paid media) and seamless customer journeys through Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns, email marketing, and automation via HubSpot. The ideal candidate is both a data-driven decision-maker and a creative thinker, ensuring that our campaigns maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI. The successful candidate will also need to take a hands-on approach, driving projects forward individually and collaboratively, owning personal output to enhance product awareness and conversion, and ensuring digitally efficient marketing.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ad Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns, ensuring audience targeting and budget allocation align with business objectives.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Create, map and refine the customer journey to increase conversions through synchronized digital touchpoints.
- HubSpot Automation & CRM: Utilize HubSpot to create automated workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and campaign performance tracking.
- Video & Animation Content: Collaborate on or create engaging video and animated assets to enhance digital campaigns.
- Email & Ad Synchronization: Align email campaigns with paid ad strategies to deliver a cohesive and personalized customer experience.
- Email, Ad and Landing Page creation: Will create basic ads, landing pages and email campaigns for awareness, conversion and lead nurture.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, and ad performance data to optimize for the best ROI.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously refine messaging, creatives, and landing pages for improved ad performance.
- Agency management: work to improve ad and lead conversion with agency and digital marketing team. Will guide agency and internal team to optimize performance and report out internally on a monthly basis.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely and help guide creative, social media, and web teams to ensure consistency across marketing channels.

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad campaign management, and customer journey mapping
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms)
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and integration with digital campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics, KPI tracking, and performance optimization
- Basic to advanced experience in video editing and animation tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Understanding and experience following brand guidelines
- Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience working with and managing agencies to optimize performance of both organic and paid media
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills; demonstrated experience in cross functional team collaboration.
- Strong project management skills, ability to work with tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Preference for digital marketing in a regulated environment such as medical device, dental or pharmaceuticals
- Ability to travel as needed to tram meetings, photo/ video shoots or other
Education/Experience Requirements
- Typically has bachelor’s degree + 8 years. Will consider other commensurate education and experience.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad campaign management, and customer journey mapping.

- Up to 5%
