Regional Sales Manager - Midwest Central Region

If you’ve ever wondered what being an employee-owner is like, just ask an Employee Owner of Chatsworth Products (CPI). Better yet, become one! CPI has an immediate need for a Regional Sales Manager - Midwest Central Region. 

Sales professional responsible for achieving regional sales goals and objectives through; end-user sales, manufacturer representative firm management, distributor management, contractor, and consultant support in coordination with various CPI support teams. Develops and implements regional sales strategies towards the improvement of product line penetration, expansion of customer base, and product market share.  Applies a complete knowledge of all the organization’s products/services, and policies to develop and grow CPI market share in the assigned territory.  Uses specialized training within product/service line(s) to maximize sales efforts.

This is a base pay plus quarterly sales incentive position.  The expected annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 (which includes an annual base combined with an annual targeted incentive).  Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Technical Competencies:

  • BA/BS degree in business/technical field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of field sales experience in ICT infrastructure solutions, with a strong track record in networking, cloud, and data center technologies.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise and data center network architectures, including LAN/WAN, edge computing, structured cabling, hyperscale and colocation environments, and IT/OT convergence.
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter and team player able to produce consistent sales growth.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, planning, written and verbal skills required.
  • Working knowledge of the following computer software: Microsoft Office, Salesforce.
