About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Account Manager/Executive to drive business growth in the staff augmentation and SAP services market. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, deep knowledge of IT solutions, and a well-established network in the U.S. technology industry. This role requires a strategic approach to client relationship management, business development, and compliance with U.S. labor and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for IT staff augmentation and SAP services in the U.S. market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the technology sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and immigration regulations related to hiring IT professionals.
  • Travel as needed for client visits and business meetings.
