Role:Content Writer (AI Changemaker)
Team:Product
Package:Pension, Unlimited leave, Flexible working
Location:Remote (occasional F2F as appropriate)
Salary:Up to £75000
Hours:Full time. Approximately the first 6 months, depending on business need, will be as a Content Writer writing content for this programme. After this, the candidate will transition to a delivery role.

The Curriculum team plans, builds and maintains industry-leading programmes. These programmes meet a diverse range of stakeholder needs, such as those from learners, PDEs, EPA requirements, sales, marketing, accessibility, budget and more. The three key aspects of the team are: 1) building and maintaining high-quality and on-time programmes; 2) exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management; and 3) completing admin.
The role:
As a Content Writer for our AI Changemaker programme, you will write engaging learning content focussed on “using AI to make change happen”. You will bring AI and educational expertise to contribute to a programme that focuses on AI upskilling to implement AI change projects. You will select appropriate AI tools, techniques, concepts and use-cases within business to incorporate into the programme by creating both e-learning and workshop content. For example, this could include using AI to improve customer experience, insights generation or process enhancements. You will put an understanding of the AI landscape, tools and developments at the fore. You will do this by working closely with the Product Manager and the wider product team.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Write engaging and uptodate content for a programme that focusses on “using AI to make change happen”.
  • Contribute to a programme that focuses on AI upskilling to implement AI change projects.
  • Select appropriate AI tools, techniques, concepts and use-cases within business to incorporate into the programme by creating both e-learning and workshop content.
  • Put an understanding of the AI landscape, tools and developments at the fore.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Product team to develop high-quality, interactive and engaging course content.
  • Create exciting workshops to deliver current AI content, while ensuring they are interactive, practical, and easy for PDEs (trainers) to facilitate.
  • Ensure content delivers successful End-Point Assessment (EPA) outcomes, adhering to internal best practices and apprenticeship standard requirements.
  • Advocate for the learner and PDE (trainer) perspective, ensuring that content is practical, effective, and engaging.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on past experience of what works well in one-to-one sessions and learner workshops.
About you:
Essential
  • A strong interest in AI applications and experience of leveraging AI to enhance work using AI techniques at the process, team or organisational level
  • A keen interest in writing digital training content
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of a broad range of AI tools, techniques, concepts (e.g. prompt engineering, custom agents, and RAG retrieval)
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of a broad range of AI use-cases within business processes (for example, enhancing customer experience, insights generation or business processes)
  • Ability to create professional, accurate content to a very high standard
  • Can plan effectively, coordinate activities and work at speed to meet tight deadlines

Desirable
  • Lived industry experience in the deployment of AI solutions in a corporate setting
  • Strong experience training others in the use of digital technologies, including LLMs and other AI tools
  • Experience of writing digital training content
  • Experience of delivering apprenticeships (level 3/4 desirable)
