Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Sales team and reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Specialist will work collaboratively with the Sales team members and leadership to drive growth within Liviniti. The partnership between Sales Leadership, the Sales team members and the Sales Operations Specialist is critical to our overall success and execution in territory management. Together, the primary goal is timely and accurate CRM management, defined and documented sales strategy for all prospective opportunities, timely acknowledge of proposal intake as well as timely and accurate deliver of all proposals and follow-up prospective communications. The Sales Operations Specialist is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner: - Proactively assist the sales lead with the proposal intake process including monitoring bid sites, review of documents, identifying gaps, form completion, and submission to downstream departments, meeting established SLAs.
- Populate initial data entry in Salesforce (CRM), maintain timely and accurate updates guaranteeing organizational data integrity.
- Attend proposal kick-off meetings and communicate prospect background and opportunity strategy in sales absence.
- Participate in Sales review of proposals and provide guidance to other departments to meet overall delivery times.
- Act as a point of contact in all aspects of Sales’ standard operation procedures: documentation of department process policies, complete updates to the Sales Resource Guide and identify opportunities for improvement to support growth initiatives.
- Educate and train Growth teams on proper use of sales systems/tools. Be the team subject matter expert for CRM users.
- Provide support in preparation for finalist meetings, Lunch & Learns and Webinars. Coordinate additional resources and meetings as needed.
- Prospect research and documentation. Gather data and information to assist sales with territory planning and annual business plan completion.
- Establishes collaborative relationships across internal teams and coordinate resources as necessary in support of sales activities.
- Create and deliver ad hoc reporting requests from Sales and Sales leadership.
- Acts as a liaison to both internal and external contacts when sales is unavailable or out of the office.
- Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
- If a HIPAA violation is discovered, whether individually or by another, you must report the violation to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources.
- Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA Training offered by the company.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work- Full-time, salary/exempt position.
- Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT. We cover clients from West to East Coast, work times must be adjusted to cover meetings in all time zones. Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands.
TravelThis position requires up to 10% travel. Required Education and Experience- Bachelor's Degree
