We're seeking a detail-oriented Annotator (no previous experience in this area needed) to join our R&D team for about 8 hours a week. This role offers flexible remote work arrangements. As our first dedicated annotator, you'll play a crucial role in creating high-quality training and benchmarking datasets for our agentic document processing system.

Responsibilities:
- Annotate diverse business documents ranging from simple forms to complex contracts using our internal annotation tools
- Maintain consistent high-quality standards in data annotation
- Provide feedback on annotation tools and processes to help improve our workflows
- Collaborate directly with our R&D team to enhance our document processing solutions
- Document special cases and contribute to the refinement of annotation guidelines
- Participate in regular team discussions about annotation quality and processes
