Mon - Fri 8 AM- 5 PM Florida Time includes 1h unpaid break

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage a high volume of incoming vendor quotations received via email
  • Extract and accurately input critical data points, including pricing and other key information, into Excel spreadsheets or a Salesforce-based CRM
  • Organize and maintain digital files of processed quotations for easy retrieval and reference
  • Analyze and flag any discrepancies or unusual patterns in quotation data for review
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely processing of all quotations
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries of quotation data as needed
  • Continuously improve data entry processes for increased efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company security protocols when handling sensitive information


Requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with email systems
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle high-volume workloads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
  • Comfortable working during Eastern Standard Time business hours
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify data inconsistencies
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
  • Passion for the aerospace industry and eagerness to learn about aviation components
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
