Job Description
Embark on an exciting career as a Telesales Agent in the dynamic world of waste management! Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging outbound calls to small and medium enterprises across the UK, introducing our comprehensive waste management services
- Craft compelling pitches for our range of services, including general waste, food waste, dry mix recycling, and clinical waste disposal
- Develop a deep understanding of potential clients’ waste management needs through insightful conversations
- Showcase your deal-closing prowess by meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Become a trusted advisor, providing detailed information on our services and competitive pricing structures
- Master the art of objection handling and negotiation to secure favorable terms with potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless customer information management
- Collaborate closely with our support team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies and techniques
Requirements
- Proven track record in telesales or cold calling, with 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills with the power to build instant rapport over the phone
- Resilient and self-motivated personality, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Basic understanding of the waste management industry is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training
- Fluent English speaker with a clear, professional telephone manner
- Comfortable working in a remote, home-based setup with a reliable internet connection
- Ability to work full-time and adapt to the UK business schedule
