This is a remote position.

Client is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET Core and Framework to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in API development, Windows services, SQL Server, and cloud-based GitHub workflows.

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications with high efficiency, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering quality solutions promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

6-8 years of experience in C#/.NET Core and Framework
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs (IIS hosted)
Strong knowledge of Windows Services, Batch Jobs, and File Processing
SQL Server expertise – writing and optimizing queries, stored procedures
Proficiency in Git, especially GitHub and GitHub Actions
Strong knowledge of JSON and XML

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize REST and SOAP APIs (IIS hosted).
Integrate and call third-party vendor APIs effectively.
Build and manage Windows service batch jobs and APIs with equivalent functions.
Implement file processing and error handling functions.
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance.
Work with vendor-supplied databases and enhance database performance.
Utilize GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Work with JSON and XML data structures.
