Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can develop your sales skills and build strong business relationships in an international market? Join our team as a Business Development Representative and help us expand our presence in Thailand!

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales strategy in one of the most dynamic regions in Asia.

Daily activities:

  • Support sales managers and the market team in APAC (with a primary focus on Thailand) in executing sales strategy, increasing market share, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain rapport with key prospects and existing customers while identifying new opportunities and promoting Profitroom’s products and services.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs, compile detailed target lists, and arrange business meetings with potential clients.
  • Understand and effectively communicate Profitroom’s unique selling points (USPs).
  • Represent the company at trade shows, forums, and conferences to increase Profitroom’s profile in the region.
  • Take accountability for data entry and maintenance in the CRM system, ensuring internal procedures are upheld.
  • Actively engage with potential customers, asking targeted questions to understand their challenges and assess how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Generate a specified number of qualified meetings each month with Profitroom’s ideal customer profile.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a relevant lead generation role within a SaaS company, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Native Thai speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Team-oriented mindset, willing to support colleagues with administrative tasks and projects requiring local knowledge and language expertise.
  • Results-driven and process-oriented, with a strong focus on efficiency and outcomes.
  • Commercially savvy, with strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.

Recruitment process:

  • Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 44 minutes)
  • Role fit interview with Senior BDM (up to 45 minutes)
  • Role play interview with the CCO and Senior BDM (up to 45h)
