This role is pivotal in driving expansion within the workwear and safety footwear market, leveraging strong industry relationships and sector expertise to accelerate growth.
Understands the specific demands of the safety footwear sector. The successful candidate will have an established network and industry presence, enabling them to identify and engage key decision-makers to drive business opportunities efficiently.
Can hit the ground running, bringing in sales from day one.
Has deep knowledge of market trends in safety footwear, including slip-resistant and safety ratings, technical requirements, and price points.

Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience in safety footwear, workwear, or PPE.
Established industry network and strong relationships within relevant sectors.
Strong knowledge of safety footwear regulations and certifications.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as part of the role.
Full, clean Irish driver’s licence.
