Intern – Digital Healthtech Product Management – Bothell, WA – Summer 2025

Are you interested in an internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 3-6 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Bothell, WA. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your role:

  • Understand customer needs (from ratings and reviews, competitive intelligence, consumer studies and more)
  • Help develop value propositions and business cases for products and solutions that delight customers and meet strategic business goals
  • Produce and make strong use of analytics to drive decisions and improve products
  • Demonstrate some knowledge of the digital innovation landscape
  • Write and communicate product briefings using “jobs to be done” methods and collaborate with design/user experience, product research, and software development teams to plan and drive the continuous delivery of best-in-class products that delight users using Agile and iterative development methodologies and tools to ship software
  • Be a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, written and oral communication skills.

You're the right fit if:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s studies a plus.
  • Ideally some experience in Product Management and Marketing; preference that some of this experience is with innovative digital apps and ideally, IoT consumer propositions.
  • Consumer health experience would be particularly helpful, especially in solutions driving engagement, behavior change, improved health outcomes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools to gather and articulate data and correlate/forecast outcomes
  • Demonstrate a solid tolerance dealing with ambiguous and complex situations and processes
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00, plus overtime is eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. 

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.
