We are looking for a Content Manager who is not just an experienced professional but also passionate about immersive audio erotica—someone who consumes and understands this content and can bring fresh, creative energy to the role.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Market Research

• Stay up-to-date with trends in audio erotica and analyze competitors like Quinn, Best Kept Secret, and other major players.
• Identify what works, what engages listeners, and how to push our content further.
• Develop and refine content strategies based on audience demand and market insights.

 Script Development & Editing

• Order new scripts that align with market trends and listener preferences.
• Find, recruit, and manage talented scriptwriters who can create immersive, well-paced scripts.
• Review and refine scripts, ensuring they include natural dialogue, well-integrated SFX, and an engaging progression.
• Provide feedback to scriptwriters—helping them improve without needing excessive rewrites.

Casting & Production Workflow

• Scout and recruit voice actors who fit the tone, style, and emotion required for our scripts.
• Coordinate the full production cycle, ensuring smooth collaboration between scriptwriters, voice actors, and sound designers.
• Manage deadlines, revisions, and overall quality control to ensure top-tier production.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate consumer of immersive audio erotica—you don’t just manage content, you understand what makes it compelling.
• Super curious and proactive, eager to push creative and production boundaries.
• Strong editorial sense, with an ability to refine scripts for flow, immersion, and SFX balance.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
• Experience in content creation, media production, or storytelling (even if you haven’t worked with scriptwriters/voice actors before).
