At Movement Labs, we are leading the way in blockchain technology with an open modular framework for building and deploying Move-based infrastructure, applications, and blockchains in any distributed environment. As we continue to scale our ecosystem, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in new verticals and strengthen our presence in key markets.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing high-impact opportunities in new and untapped verticals, including DePin, RWA and Gaming. You will play a crucial role in executing go-to-market strategies, building strategic relationships, and driving expansion into these verticals.

You Will

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Movement Labs’ presence in new verticals
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in DePin, RWA, Gaming and more
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, developers, and enterprises within these industries
Negotiate and close strategic partnerships and deals that drive ecosystem growth and adoption
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and BD initiatives
Stay ahead of emerging Web3 trends, analyzing market dynamics to inform business strategy and positioning

You Have

5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the blockchain/crypto space
Proven ability to identify and drive new market opportunities from strategy to execution
Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to business expansion
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with experience structuring complex partnerships
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries and emerging technologies
