Job description

Are you a sourcing expert who thrives on finding top talent across diverse markets? Our international staffing agency is looking for a Talent Sourcing Associate to play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline.

Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, this role is perfect for someone who loves researching, organizing data, and ensuring recruiters have a steady flow of qualified candidates. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sourcing, we’d love to hear from you!

Your main goal is to ensure the screening team always has a steady flow of qualified candidates to review by proactively sourcing and identifying talent, maintaining an organized candidate pipeline, and keeping sourcing systems up to date.

  • Pipeline Maintenance – Clean and organize our ATS, ensuring all candidate records are up-to-date and generic funnels are clean and tidy. 

  • Candidate Sourcing & Outreach – Conduct initial candidate searches, send sample profiles to our sales team, and send outreach messages.

  • Job Posting & Content Management – Publish and repost job openings across job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

  • Collaboration with Marketing – Request creatives and job post assets for social media and community group engagement.

  • Community Engagement – Post job opportunities in relevant Discord groups, Facebook, LinkedIn groups, and other niche talent communities and job boards.

  • Tracking & Reporting – Assist in monitoring sourcing metrics and reporting on candidate engagement trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting, especially INBOUND strategies

  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and job slots, Boolean searches, and job board mining.

  • Tech-savvy with experience using sourcing CRMs like Ashby, Deel, or Greenhouse.

  • Excellent written communication skills for outreach messaging.

  • Experience with Ashby is a plus.
