Your Mission 

Are you an accomplished, organized B2B marketer looking to join a fast-growing, global company working to prevent financial crime? Hawk is on a mission to enable the financial sector to detect money-laundering and prevent fraud using cutting-edge AI-powered technology. We’re looking for a talented, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to come onboard and run our marketing programs in Asia-Pacific. 

Your Responsibilities  

  • Meet revenue, pipeline, and lead/demand generation targets by building and executing successful marketing plans for Asia-Pacific 

  • Plan and execute a successful in-person and virtual event calendar, gaining a full understanding of the landscape for events and ensuring innovative, effective Hawk involvement where appropriate 

  • Own the digital marketing targets for your regions, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to build, monitor and optimize programs 

  • Identify, create and deliver localized campaigns that can be delivered across digital and account-based marketing programs 

  • Map out the local media landscape to identify media partners, associations, and networking groups that we can work with to reach our audiences 

  • Understand and monitor the anti-money laundering and fraud detection landscape in your regions, collaborating with the Content team to create content that talks to local challenges 

  • Manage the flow of leads and MQLs through the marketing funnel, collaborating with Sales and RevOps to ensure timely follow-up and measurement of leads and opportunities 

  • Work closely and productively with the Sales teams in your regions, identifying opportunities for campaigns that resonate with our audiences  

  • Execute events and campaigns with a polished, highly organized approach 

  • Produce regular, actionable reports on activity performance 

  • Manage budgets to ensure maximum return on investment 

 

Your Profile - You Will Have 

  • 5+ years’ experience of Field Marketing at B2B technology organizations 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English 

  • A proven results-driven approach, with a love for delivering on goals and the aptitude to create programs that enable those goals to be met  

  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and a strong eye for detail to ensure events and other programs are delivered successfully from start to finish 

  • Experience in running events and localized campaigns that achieve their goals 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Experience of working successfully with Sales teams at all levels to meet goals 

  • Knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region 

  • Drive, self-motivation, proactivity 

  • Experience in financial services and anti-financial crime would be an advantage 

  • You can travel when required (<20%)
