Job description

Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible coins, trading cards, Funko Pops!, video games, event tickets, autographs, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, WATA, Card Ladder, and the Long Beach Expo collectibles trade show.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Canada, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join our Product Marketing team to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for two key areas within PSA: the PSA Vault & Marketplace services and the PSA mobile app. This role will help drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for these products by working cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, and analytics teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product marketing, highly organized, and excited to shape the way collectors interact with PSA’s digital and marketplace offerings.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Mobile Brand & Product Marketing and work from our Santa Ana office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and services within PSA Vault & Marketplace and the PSA mobile app.
  • Support marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, social media, content marketing, and influencer marketing efforts.
  • Work with our Research team to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
  • Contribute to copywriting and content development for various marketing assets such as landing pages, email campaigns, and in-app messaging.
  • Support event and campaign planning, including coordination with external partners, influencers, and community engagement efforts.
  • Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security.
  • Safely handle and account for valuable merchandise, ensuring its security and proper handling throughout all process stages.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Eager to Learn: You have a growth mindset and a willingness to develop new skills, continuously seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and improve your marketing expertise.
  • Customer-Centric: You always think of the customer first and make sure to never lose sight of that.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, or other data tools to track performance and gain insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid media, and social media.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Must have an understanding of the trading card and collectibles space. Passion for the hobby is a huge plus!

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $67,000-$85,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.

Reasons To Join Us:

  • Additional Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for fertility, commuter, and educational assistance benefits.
  • 401(K) Matching Plan: We are proud to offer a competitive 401k matching plan to our employees to support their future financial goals
