The B2B Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns targeted at our B2B audience consisting of retail partners, Advocates (brand ambassadors), players, and sponsored entities. This role requires a highly organized and tech-savvy individual who can manage automation tools, build effective email funnels, and ensure our messaging is engaging and aligned with our go-to-market strategy.

This is not a traditional marketing role; we need someone who thrives in technical execution, automation, and content distribution. The ideal candidate will be proficient in email marketing platforms such as BloomReach and MailChimp, capable of implementing email marketing best practices and committed to ramping up B2B communications through structured and automated workflows. This individual excels at cross-departmental communication as they will serve as the liaison between our Wholesale, Programs/Sponsorship, Marketing, and Creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute B2B Email Campaigns: Create, schedule, and optimize email campaigns to engage business partners and drive lead conversion
  • Manage Email Automation & Funnels: Set up and refine automated email sequences (drip campaigns) to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement
  • Leverage Email Marketing Platforms: Utilize tools like BloomReach and MailChimp to develop email templates, manage lists, and track performance metrics
  • Increase B2B Communication Frequency: Strategically scale up the volume of email outreach to maximize engagement while maintaining high deliverability rates
  • Ensure Content Accuracy & Optimization: Work with the creative team to refine email copy, improve visuals, and ensure all assets are up to date and aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain Creative Content: Work with the wholesale and programs/sponsorship team to create, maintain, update, and procure various digital and print resources such as product catalogs, program brochures, and POS merchandising materials
  • Create a B2B Marketing Channel Plan: Develop a strategic roadmap for email marketing efforts, outlining target audiences, messaging cadence, and conversion goals
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with internal teams to align email marketing efforts with broader B2B marketing initiatives and sales strategies
  • Assist with Go-To-Market Strategy: Support product launches and promotional campaigns by integrating email marketing into the broader B2B marketing plan
  • Additionally, assist the wholesale and programs teams with the execution of the general Go-To-Market plan.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or related fields.Strong proficiency with email marketing platforms such as BloomReach and MailChimp or something similar 
  • Experience setting up and managing drip campaigns and automated email funnels.Technical aptitude with a keen ability to automate, test, and optimize email workflows
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and integrating email marketing with sales processes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve email performance based on insights
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate with designers and content creators.
