The PMO Role
As we continue our mission to be the market-leading underwriting software platform for agile insurers, we are excited to kick off the search for a PMO. This pivotal role reflects the growth and complexity of our client base, requiring a strategic leader to oversee a portfolio of customer delivery projects from estimation through to production implementation and handover.
The PMO will play a critical role in ensuring we deliver quality and value to our customers, across the UK and US, by leading the PMO function, setting strategic direction and overseeing all aspects of project management governance in collaboration with the Delivery Leads.
In this role you will be responsible for improving and maintaining project management standards, providing support and guidance to delivery teams, monitoring project progress against defined metrics, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives; essentially acting as a central hub for project management best practices and oversight.
This role also involves data collection, analysis, and reporting on project performance, fostering a high-performance culture, and building strong partnerships with Delivery Managers.
If you’re an experienced PMO ready to take on your next challenge and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
