Isos Federal is looking for an experienced Business Development & Account Manager (BDAM) to drive growth in U.S. federal contracting, with a preferred focus on AFCYBER and USCYBERCOM programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal business development and account management, particularly in the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian agencies.

This position can be from anywhere in the US, from our Tempe, AZ location to Washington D.C. or anywhere in between.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets in U.S. federal contracting, with a focus on cyber, defense, and IT modernization programs.
Identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities, leading the full lifecycle from initial contact to contract award.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior government officials, contracting officers, and industry partners.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align solutions with customer needs and contract requirements.
Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and federal acquisition opportunities through platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, and FPDS.
Actively participate in proposal strategy, teaming, and capture planning to maximize win probability.
