The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is eager to work across various marketing functions. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, whether that’s writing compelling copy, collaborating on video projects, or working alongside our internal design team. You’ll have the flexibility of working from home, with periodic in-person meetings in London and Hinckley to collaborate, brainstorm, and celebrate successes with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Coordination:
    • Write engaging, on-brand content for digital and print platforms.
    • Collaborate with design, video, and external teams to create impactful marketing materials.
  • Campaign Execution & Support:
    • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, PPC, and more) aligned with our mission to become the UK’s leading Estate Agency.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
  • Agent support
    • Create and maintain best practice guides to help agents make the most of the opportunity Yopa delivers
    • Manage agent assets and tools, ensuring agents have access to the items they need to efficiently run their estate agency
  • SEO & PPC Assistance:
    • Partner with SEO specialists to optimize online content and improve organic reach.
    • Support paid advertising initiatives to drive awareness and generate quality leads.
  • Video Production & Editing:
    • Contribute to video projects, from concept to final edit, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
  • AI-Based Marketing Tools:
    • Experiment with and leverage AI-powered platforms to enhance campaign efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and generate data-driven insights.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Monitor key metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI across marketing initiatives.
  • Supplier Administration:
  • Work with the finance department and external vendors to manage deliverables and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

About You

  • Experience: 2–3 years of broad marketing experience, covering areas such as content creation, social media, and basic SEO/PPC exposure.
  • Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
  • Innovative Mindset: Open to exploring new tools, including AI-driven solutions, to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at juggling multiple projects while keeping an eye on quality and deadlines.
  • Growth Oriented: Eager to learn and develop new marketing skills, taking advantage of opportunities to shape our brand in a competitive market.
