Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Helping to ensure day-to-day compliance with GDPR, and establishing and enforcing data privacy frameworks, policies, and best practices within the organization.
  • Third-Party Management: Assessing and monitoring the data privacy compliance of vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records of processing activities (ROPA), privacy policies, and reports for audits.
  • Training & Awareness: Educating employees on data privacy policies, cybersecurity awareness, and compliance requirements.
  • Assisting/supporting the Corporate Data Privacy Officer in her tasks.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of GDPR or a strong willingness to learn and understand the regulation.
  • Strong communication and training skills to effectively educate and guide employees on data privacy best practices.
  • Adaptability and collaboration, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ensuring the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized team player with high ethical standards and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level) for effective business communication.
