About the role As a member of our Professional Services team, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. With a focus on excellence and a passion for pushing boundaries, you will contribute to Olive Jar Digital's mission of catalysing transformative change in the digital landscape.
Responsibilities
Lead content design efforts to improve the clarity, accessibility, and usability of the FBR codebase refresh project.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and user needs, and develop content strategies to support them.
Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces, including websites, applications, and documentation.
Conduct content audits and assessments to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to integrate content seamlessly into the user experience.
Ensure content complies with relevant standards and guidelines, including accessibility and SEO best practices.
Iterate on content based on user feedback and usability testing results.
Advocate for plain language and user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and experience
Strategically shape and lead analysis as part of multi-disciplinary teams operating within programme, portfolio, or scaled agile methodologies.
Demonstrable experience in successfully contributing to the delivery of digital products and projects in the public sector, with familiarity in GDS.
Select the most effective business modelling techniques to help people understand complex situations, problems, and solutions.
Comfortable designing and influencing improvements to business structures, processes, and information flows, supported by automation and technology where appropriate.
Confident and clear communicator, effectively working with strategic stakeholders to establish and deliver goals efficiently.
