Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a Sales Appointment Setter to connect with Australian homeowners, schedule high-quality appointments, and help drive sales for solar panel installations. If you’re a persuasive communicator with strong sales skills and a passion for renewable energy, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting – Schedule appointments for technicians to visit homeowners and provide solar panel quotes.
  • Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Lead Qualification – Ensure prospects meet eligibility criteria before setting up appointments.
  • Data & CRM Management – Update and maintain lead details, appointment statuses, and client interactions.
  • Calendar Coordination – Organize and manage technician schedules efficiently.
  • Continuous Learning – Stay updated on solar energy products to better assist clients.
 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent Communication – Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Sales Techniques – Proficiency in cold calling, lead qualification, and objection handling.
  • CRM Software Experience – Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Time Management – Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet targets.
  • Tech Savvy – Comfortable using MS Office and online collaboration tools.
  • Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to handle rejection and adapt to changes.
  • Emotional & Situational Intelligence – Skilled in reading emotional signals and thinking on your feet.
  • Growth Mindset – Believes in continuous learning and self-improvement.
