What it takes to be our Junior Developer:
  • 1-5 years in .NET (C#), web services (REST, SOAP), process design, and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, third-party integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Preferred experience with OCR, RPA, ECM industry, ABBYY, Hyland, and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Strong skills in project discovery, business requirements gathering, and workflow configuration
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage projects effectively

Day in the Life of a Junior Developer
  • Design and develop custom process solutions to meet customer needs
  • Code solutions within software products (e.g., scripted extensibility, standalone applications, web services)
  • Collaborate with customers and third-party contractors throughout project lifecycles
  • Create and execute test plans and scripts, manage development, and oversee deployments
  • Ensure system stability and timely issue resolution
  • Manage project lifecycle, including testing, bug fixes, user acceptance testing, and monitoring
  • Mentor customers on relevant technologies
  • Develop and maintain project documentation for administrators and end users
  • Provide administrator training and end-user support
