The Role:
We are seeking an innovative Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), SW Program Management to contribute to the organizational readiness and customer adoption of new software solutions to help iA Unleash the Full Potential of Pharmacy.
To ensure success, you should exhibit strong cross-functional leadership skills and extensive experience in leading complex program management functions in a related industry. Top-notch technical program managers combine their business knowledge with technological expertise to promote product innovation.
This role will be supporting our Software Implementation team in overseeing cross-functional efforts to prepare teams, processes, and infrastructure for the successful adoption of new solutions and software releases. You will be responsible for defining an organizational program and governance model, including best practices and lean process, for repeatable success. Along the way you’ll need to identify opportunities for improvements and put processes and tools in place to scale the program and support continual efficiency gains across iA’s Software Portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity, to build a program from the ground up, and dive deep to bring clarity around process/programs gaps and resolutions. The ideal candidate will be able to not only drive high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up their sleeves and wear many hats to get the job done
What you’ll do:
- Develop and oversee internal organization readiness for new technology rollouts (software releases), customer upgrades and installs, and process changes
- Drive prioritization of program goals that are aligned with technology, product, and commercialization strategy and business goals
- Coordinate across multiple teams/departments including Engineering, Product, QA, TPM, SW Implementation, and Support teams to ensure functional deliverables that support program objectives are on track
- Establishes program KPIs and communicates program health and updates to functional management and executive leadership. Provides data-driven recommendations to remove or mitigate program risks
- Continuously incorporate learnings, optimize processes, and promote efficiency through project/program best practices
- Execute change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes within the program and across teams
- Leads the team to prepare for Phase Gate and other Go/No-Go decisions by executive leadership, ensuring that decisions are advised by a balanced and clear representation of relevant data
- Independently determines and pursues courses of action vital to obtaining desired results
- Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders across teams and generate broad support for program/project objectives. Promotes a culture where teams feel recognized, valued, and heard
- Leads cross-functional teams through problem resolution including root cause analysis and corrective action
- Confidently leads large cross-functional meetings and events/workshops that are structured, productive, and drive results
- Systems Used:
Software – Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI, Smartsheet, TFS, Salesforce, others as necessary
Who you are:
- 7+ years in a technical program function with experience in organizational/operational readiness
- Strong understanding of software development and release readiness and the ability to bridge technical and business teams
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
- Experience managing multiple medium to large projects/programs or multiple smaller projects/programs using core project/program management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management
- Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development methodologies
- Experience managing projects across functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating readiness dependencies across multiple teams
- Ability to build strong partnerships across teams with stakeholders at varying levels of the organization, including senior and executive leaders
- Leadership, facilitation skills, strong written/verbal communication and organization skills
- Willing to roll sleeves up and work at a tactical level to drive results
It would be great if you also have:
- PMP or CSM Certification
- Well versed in iterative, agile, and prototype development practices.
- Experience working at a company through a high growth/scaling period
- High judgement and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to influence
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs

Compensation:
The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $109,000.00 to $150,000.00, though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
