Job description

• Marketing & Lead Generation

• Implement marketing campaigns, research lead opportunities, and optimize sales funnels.

• Conduct SEO audits, optimize website content, and track performance using Google Analytics & Search Console.

• Create, schedule, and engage on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Run and analyze paid ad campaigns.

• Develop automated email sequences, nurture leads, and optimize open rates/conversions.

• Design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, and marketing materials.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

• Administrative & Operations Support

• Maintain a structured Google Drive for easy access to project documents and images.

• Organize inboxes, flag important emails, schedule meetings, and set up reminders.

• Update spreadsheets, manage invoices, and track business data.

• Use Trello, Asana, or Monday.com to assign, track, and streamline tasks.
