About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Post Sale Coordinator to join the AccuTrade team. This role plays a critical part in supporting AccuTrade post sale operations teams and ensuring seamless communication internally and externally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail & love collaborating and assisting teammates, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating reporting for performance reviews and sales calls.
Collaborate with Sales, Post Sale, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Gather and provide information for weekly and monthly meetings to track performance and project updates.
Package and distribute sales collateral and reporting materials in an organized manner.
About YOU:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a passion for working on challenging projects.
Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude when handling various projects.
Proficient in G Suite with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to analyze data and create meaningful metrics to drive performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in pursuing a career in sales or marketing
Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Hubspot is a plus

Program Details & Benefits:
Program Duration: June 9th - August 15th
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: Hybrid (Work remote and work from the office 1-2 days out of the week)
